1 room and 1 bath in a separate area away from master bedroom, there is a washer drier in our condo.

Property has 24 hour security at the entrance restricting access to residents only, additional gated garage parking, there are 4 buildings on the property each required access codes for entry for added security, picnic areas with ocean views, free community shuttle service to bart or Caltrain, candlestick point state recreational park is across the street.

Current condo owners, husband 45 year old (I work at the office Monday through Friday), 42 year old stay home mom, we have a 2 year old daughter, she is starting daycare in August, and 1 small senior cat (sleeps in the master bedroom all day).
