We are an older gay couple (one retired Boomer; one professor & filmmaker Gen-Xer –) who have lived here for a quarter-century and enjoy renting our spare room. We live a quiet life filled with reading, music, watching films, and film & theater art projects.

This is an ideal space for working or developing artist and MFA student. All ages welcome.

This is a lousy place for anyone looking to entertain frequently or for those who enjoy a party lifestyle. Sober Living Environment.

We can offer you an old-school San Francisco living experience, in a mildly funky house in a terrific neighborhood with true community. We’re four blocks from the Harvey Milk Muni Station and Castro Street, with its grocery, drug stores, restaurants, and bars.

Ideally, we’re hoping for someone interested in staying 1-2 years, or more. Our previous roommates (referrals available upon request) have lived with us for years at a time.

PLEASE NOTE:
• We cannot accommodate couples. Single housemates only.
• We are taking care of our previous roommate’s elderly cat and unfortunately cannot allow other pets at this time.
• Due to a severe allergy, EGGS & SHELLFISH cannot be cooked inside the house.
