[Seeking Roommate] Noe Valley 3BR/1.5BA August

I currently live here with two roommates, but one is leaving to explore the world in August. We (24M, 24F) are looking for someone to take his place!

Location
The apartment is located on Sanchez Street (it’s a slow street, so no loud cars or bikes zooming by when you are trying to sleep), on the flatter side of Noe Valley. You will be within walking distance of a bunch of local cafes and restaurants, and would have easy access to the farmer's market if you enjoy that.

You will also be two blocks from a couple of grocery stores and about five minutes walk from the Muni (J) and gBus shuttle stop. The nearest BART station is a 15-mins walk, but you can use the bus to get there faster (the bus stop is again just a couple of blocks away).

About the room / building
We live in a 1200 sq ft, modern, well-maintained apartment that also happens to be rent-controlled. You will have bedroom 3 for yourself (see the floor plan). The apartment comes semi furnished, so you will not have to worry about refrigerator, microwave, oven, dishwasher, etc. We also got a washer/dryer in-unit, and water is included in rent. Internet-wise, we currently use AT&T 1 gigabit internet and it has served us pretty well so far. If you have a car, our street has parking available most of the time. We also have a storage unit available on the ground level. No pets though, unfortunately, as per landlord’s request.

About your roommates
I have been with Google for a couple of years and have been working with YouTube since I joined. I enjoy playing board and video games, dance, roller skate, and go on occasional city exploratory missions.

My surviving roommate is a software developer at Unity. She’s a little more on the introverted side and is into travel, idols, writing, and games. We frequently have gaming sessions together! 🙂
