Coin-operated washing machine and dryer off of the courtyard on the same level. The apartment has a full open-concept kitchen and dining area, and a separate pantry.
The available room is approximately 12x13.5 feet, has a window that provides natural light and a view of the garden, and a closet, and is across the hall from the shared bathroom.

$1,300 a month rent, first and last month rent, and a $500 security deposit due prior to moving in, parking is available at an additional fee, otherwise street parking is available.
The room lease is 7/1/2024-6/30/2025, with possible options of renewing after.
Utilities are shared, $130 a month/person, any amount over is also split, and WiFI $40 a month/ person.

Within walking distance to Noriega, Irving, and most errands. Easy walk to Ocean Beach or Golden Gate Park, great for getting exercise, hiking, and connecting with nature. Close to grocery stores. Blocks away from Safeway and Walgreens.

Looking for a roommate who is clean, quiet, responsible, mature, and has good communication/boundaries, as well as good prior rental references, and is currently employed.
No smoking, illegal drugs, pets, or parties. Would prefer a fellow vegetarian.

You will be sharing the apartment with a busy, quiet, vegetarian design student who will be graduating next year, and who is also employed. Open and straightforward with communication, organized. Works/goes to school during the day.

Applicants must complete a rental application, recent paystubs and/or banking history, and recent bank statements with sufficient funds.
