Utilities is split which comes to around $195 per person a month.
I have all streaming services you can use but that’s not split. I also pay for renters insurance for both rooms.
Got a gym, roof top and bbq with multiple game/conferences rooms in the building. We also have bike racks and Teslas to rent. You can get a parking spot but that’s extra the building will charge you.
The location is between 6th and 5th and is close to Bart/MUNI/Caltrain/e-bike racks.
