Two bedrooms available in a shared house. This could be perfect for a single parent or a couple who'd like a little more private space. There is a full bath and a half bath that is shared with one other female roommate.
Large shared kitchen, washer & dryer, living room, deck and yard. Plenty of easy, free street parking.
Utilities are not included, but always divided evenly among the tenants.
We're hoping for mature, responsible professionals who appreciate a roomy, stable situation in a calm part of the city. One mile from the ocean, one mile from Stonestown Mall, a short walk to Lake Merced, grocery store, etc. LGBTQ friendly. Pets considered when mutually compatible.
