Look for a Roomie

Hi! I have a roommate who is moving to take a new job out of state, so I am looking to rent out his room. The room is decent size and could fit a king-size bed and a chair, maybe a lil chair. Am in my early 30s am clean and the house is always picked up or Simi picked up.. I do have a cleaning lady who comes by once a week and deep cleans. The lease would be basically us having a verbal agreement unless you wanted to put something in writing and then it would just be month to month as my lease is up in February of next year. I am not home much and when i am pretty quite, I might have some people over a couple of times a week.. As far as money goes, for renting the room, i think 900 is far for the month with a deposit of 500 cats are not cool but a small dog would be.. Let me know if youyouu have any questions.
