Room with low rent in exchange for shared yard wk

We have a beautiful country property with a room available inside the garage. There is also a half bath next to the room. Shower is in the house connected by a carport.

We are looking for a boarder who will contribute average of 5-6 hours per week to help maintain yards and pool. This is why we offering a minimal amount for the rent - rental contract will stipulate this arrangement. Who we are looking for: Prefer a male who is faith based, does not drink or smoke. We are very family oriented so the ideal boarder is personable, kind, responsible, reliable and honest.

Internet and utilities are included. Washer and dryer will also be available in the main house.
