Open room in Daly City shared house

Hello hello hello- we are looking to fill the open bedroom in our shared 4bed/3bath house in Daly City.

This is the smallest bedroom in the house, but that means its a great deal. This unfurnished room has a nice size closet and shares a bathroom with only one other housemate. All the housemates evenly split the monthly utilities, not included in the rent. (Wifi, PG&E, water, trash, shared supplies)

The room is open for move-in on July 1st, 2023.

More about our house:
-Living Room, Dining Room, full Kitchen, storage space, backyard+shed, 2 car garage+driveway parking
-No dishwasher :-((( and no cable
-New Laundry machines inside
-Great view of San Bruno Mtn
-Excellent, respectful, working housemates
-Quiet and safe neighborhood, a close drive to shopping, BART, highways, etc. (you kinda need wheels)

Details:
The rent is $800/month +utilities +Security Deposit for move-in.
The landlord is great to us tenants and very responsive to our requests. Landlord will require proof of employment, bank statements and credit check. Also, the landlord will do a background check if youre selected to apply for the room.
Landlord rules: no smoking/drugs allowed, no pets allowed, no couples allowed- it is a single occupant room.

Take a look at the room photos taken over the years (its all the same room). The room is UNFURNISHED. Photos were taken with housemate items still in the room. Including a photo of the shared bathroom too.
