You have your own bedroom and bathroom (not shared) with tub/shower combo. There is hi-speed WIFI, in-house laundry (shared), and chef?s beach kitchen (shared), vaulted living space, and deck with bay and harbor views. Your 12x11 bedroom has a splendid view of the harbor and sunsets. The room is mostly furnished with a very comfortable full-sized bed, end tables, book shelves, computer desk, dresser unit, lighting, and cable TV hookup. There is a good-sized 8-foot closet in the room. Parking is off-street on the driveway. Please no pets or smoking! Rent is $1300 per month and utils included. Deposit is $700 (refundable). We will start with a month-to-month agreement and see where it goes from there. Available November 1.
