The apartment is within a 10 minute drive to Stanford University, Stanford Shopping Center, Downtown Palo Alto, Downtown Menlo Park, and two Caltrains stations. If you are an adventurous walker, all the places mentioned are within a 45 minute stroll through nice treelined neighborhoods. Atherton and Menlo Park libraries are nearby as well as as an aquatics center with heated pool if you live swimming. The apartment complex has a pool but it sadly is not heated.

Amenities include laundry on site, high speed internet, parking, terrace by pool and a quiet neighborhood. The available bedrooms, kitchen, shared bath and living room were freshly painted and carpet taken care of, so everything is ready for immediate move in.

To move in a background check, credit check and references are required to sign the month-to-month lease. Thus us required by the property management. Move in must be finalized for a July 1st move in or shortly after.
