$900 Two large rooms and one medium room for rent

We have a medium size room available which is 160 square feet and $900 a month with a $500 deposit. Utilities and internet are included. We currently also have two large rooms for rent. The rooms are in a nice cozy home. The neighborhood is extremely quiet and relaxing. We are located in the back of the valley, in Pacifica. We are near hiking trails, shopping centers, and a 5-minute drive to the beach. Both large rooms are $1,300 a month and $500 for a security deposit. Both large rooms are over 206 square feet. We do have laundry on-site, and parking is not an issue. You will have full access to the kitchen. All rooms are available for move-in.

You must be pet-friendly. We have dogs and cats on-site and all are very friendly and enjoy human contact.
