Room Available on De La Vina Street

Hi, all!

I have a private room available for rent in a four-unit apartment building on De La Vina Street, located right by Mission Ice Cream and The Daily Grind. The room is 9'5" by 12'9", with a walk-in closet. The bathroom will be shared with one other roommate. The room's furnishings include a full-size bed, two desks, a chair, and a lamp. There are three roommates in all in my unit--two guys and myself, a girl--and you'd be replacing me and renting out the room I've been staying in. Utilities cost roughly $40 per month in addition to the original price of $840 for renting, and the security deposit will be $700. Absolutely no pets or service animals of any kind are allowed on the premises.

My unit is a quiet one--none of us smoke, throw parties, or have significant others spending the night--and it'd be ideal to have someone who is similar. If you're interested in this available room, feel free to text me for more details or a tour!
