Me and my partner are looking for someone to take over the remaining lease we have as our move-in date elsewhere ended up being at the end of June. Our current lease goes until July 31st but it is renewable for short-term or long-term. We've been living here since November and it's very nice and spacious. This is a 3Bd/2Baths house with huge living room/kitchen. The room we are looking for someone to take over is the Master Bedroom with private bath. This room will be unfurnished except for the big dresser in the closet(shown in pic). There are a couple of roommates in the other 2 rooms who mostly keep to themselves in their rooms but are very chill and nice. Everyone here basically is an engineer of sorts at various companies.

It's a nice and quite area away from all the craziness of big cities that's been going on (like the protests and riots in San Jose...which means no traffic delays for you ;)). We are very close to the water, and have plenty of biking/walking trails nearby, like the Bay Trail and Guadeloupe Trails. Couple of really tasty Mexican restaurants walking distance. 15 min from Googleplex/Amazon/Microsoft/NASA and Sunnyvale/Mountain View/San Jose/Milpitas.

Requirements:

$1500/Month rent
$1500 Deposit
