We are a couple with a 2 year old kid looking for an easygoing, responsible & respectful person to rent one of the rooms in our house. We have a 3 bed house and huge back yard. One of the rooms is an office. We don’t do much on our free time and are just looking for someone who needs a place to live and is going to college and/or responsible professional. We are family oriented and we enjoy cooking and spend time with family.
