Ok here is the deal,
(and we can adjust the payment accordingly):
I am not using the apartment on the weekends. Usually I arrive late night on Sunday and leave on Friday morning. Sometime I arrive on Monday late afternoon.
So my idea is to rent the apartment out over the weekends. You would have the complete apartment from sometime on Friday (as early as 10:00 for example) to Sunday evening or Monday ( I can adjust to arrive only on Monday during the day. So technically I am looking for someone who is in the opposite position and only here during weekends / extended weekends.
I don't have much furniture yet, so I am open for suggestions how to handle that. This is an apartment community with pool / hotspa /gym etc. Also washer / dryer is in the apartment. Let me know what you think. Thanks and God bless
