Looking for a roommate for August 1st

Hello! We're in search of a new roommate for our spacious upstairs room in a 7-bedroom house with 3 bathrooms and two kitchens in downtown San Jose. We're a group of working professionals who value a quiet and respectful living environment. Our ideal candidate is a responsible female aged 24-26, who can manage minimal weekly chores and respects our quiet home.
While we each have our own routines, we enjoy occasional hangouts together. This room is upstairs, spacious with a walk in closet, unfurnished, shared bathroom and kitchen space. Open communication and prefer someone who is considerate of others.

I've been at this property for 4 years and am in charge of the home. All utilities are split. Gas/electric and water costs vary monthly, typically ranging between $60-100 for PG&E and $50-55 every two months for water. Wi-Fi is $15-19 per month depending on usage. We have a washer and dryer in the unit, with laundry hours between 9 PM and 4 PM the next day( no laundry during peak hours). Guests park on the street, and additional occupants are not permitted. For security reasons, men should not be left unattended in the house. Please do not bring the party home with you if you are choosing to go out.

Our home is proudly feline-friendly! With two delightful cats already roaming the premises, we extend a warm welcome to all fellow cat enthusiasts.

As this is an older property, we handle most minor repairs and yard work ourselves. Prior to moving in, we'll conduct interviews, check references, and assess credit. The deposit is $850, with the first month's rent due on August 1st. Room viewings will be scheduled after the interview process. We operate on a zero-tolerance policy for unresolved issues or neglect of household responsibilities, which may result in a 30-day eviction notice. Serious inquiries only, please.
