I am renting a room in Sunnyvale for the foreseeable future, with a flexible range of leases available if the fit is right. You would have equal rights for everything in the house, with utilities included up to $150 cap; this is just to discourage excessive waste, and I would show you the records of utility use and payment if it becomes an issue.

The room can be either furnished or not depending on your needs, including bed, desk, and closet space. There is driveway parking available for up to 3 cars, and would usually be available.

Home is located between major highways (280, 101, 85) and close to a Safeway supermarket. There are many restaurants in the area as well due to proximity to Apple Park and other major businesses. Bus routes stop right outside the house that will lead to either major routes on El Camino, or access to Caltrain.

You will have access to either of two full bathrooms shared with any other residents and any kitchen use desired. Living room/dining room use with a 56" TV as well.
