The bedroom has its own private bathroom& shower, you would have access to park in the garage. Garage is apart of 1st floor rent, so you could park/store items freely but we do have a few items in there.

Both roommates are girls, one 24(Nat) and one 26(Daryia). We are working professionals, and love to garden :) Very big on communication and respecting boundaries.
Both girls live on the 3rd floor . The second floor is the common area . We are very clean people, our only request is a clean common space and we will get along beautifully:)
Must like cats and dogs.
Extra expenses:
Garbage is included in rent, wifi is about 26pp a month, water is about 100 every 2 months, Pg&e is about 70pp or less.
