Hello, myself and my 2 roommates are looking for a fourth female to move in June 1st! We are located in the the ranch golf club area of San jose. Rent is 1100 and you would have access to a jack and Jill bathroom you share with one other roommate. Utilities range from 100-150 monthly. We have a laundry room as well as parking garage in a 2 story home. We have an ac and heater unit. We currently have no pets in the home, but are ok with small dogs! We are a diverse group of women who all work in education and are ages 26-30 in the house.
