Hello everyone, we have one medium size available private room w/ shared bathroom in a single-family home in Santa Clara. It’s a great location near 49ers stadium, San Jose airport, SJSU, SCU, and many tech companies. In addition, the laundry and kitchen are accessible. We are a family of adult professionals who are respectfully, tidy, and hard workers. We also do have pets (cats and dogs).
