You must be okay with small dogs (we have two – 8 lbs and 13 lbs) and have a carefree, friendly, and considerate personality as there are four other roommates in the house.

The kitchen is available for light cooking and the washer and dryer are available in the garage.

The neighborhood is a very pretty, safe, and quiet single home residential area with wide streets that are always uncrowded and quiet.

Monthly rent is $1,200 including utilities and internet. Rent is only one person per room and is moth-to-month with a 30 day required notice. Security deposit is also $1,200.
