Room for rent/ shared apartment

My girlfriend and I are looking for a roommate, preferably female, to take the other bedroom. Rent would be $1,100 plus your share of pg&e and internet. The room has a spacious closet along with a floor heater and can easily accommodate a queen sized bed alongside a desk. We are a relatively laid back couple, we are 420 friendly but we do not smoke inside. Cats welcomed but dogs may scare the cat we currently have. Sorry for the lack of pictures, we are currently switching out rooms and if you ask I will send current photos of the room rather than stock images and a floor plan. Also looking for someone to move in by April 1st. We will respect your space and privacy.
