This junior suite with private bath is located on 3rd floor of 3 story townhouse. You will have access to the kitchen and living room on the second floor and washer/dryer on the 3rd floor. You will have direct access to an outdoor patio. Current resident/owner on the 3rd floor is present 15% of the time or less. Seeking a single professional occupant who is clean and respectful. No overnight guests, smoking, and recreational drug use. We will provide monthly cleaning service. Walking distance to Safeway and downtown Willow Glen where there are shops and restaurants.
