The home itself is a good size, nice, non-smoking, no drugs environment. Existing roommate (1) male, and me and my girlfriend. We are chill, quiet and often don't see each other but a minute or two upon returning home from work. 2 cats and a small dog also live at this home.

The room is furnished with a Queen Bed, Dresser, WIFI and Refrigerator. The bathroom is shared and has a shower and 2 sinks to use.

Renter needs to be responsible, hold a steady job, clean up after themselves, especially dishes, if you use them, pay $950 rent by 1st of the month. A deposit of $650 is required.
