I am a single, down-to-earth man in a 4-bedroom place that is, a quiet place where I am located.
You will have a walk-in closet and a private bath for yourself.
All utilities include internet, water, sewage, garbage, and electricity (if not used excessively).
I am looking for someone from TAFB or someone honest and courteous. I am 3 miles from the main gate of TAFB.

No pets.
No loud music.
No smoking of any kind in the room or the house.
No drama.

Please be clean. Free to use the stove and anything in the kitchen, as well as the washer and dryer. I am looking for someone for 6 months or more. I'm not looking for month-to-month. Long-term would be great. A swimming pool is located on the property too. Serious inquiries only
