Looking for roommate before June 1st

Hello there! My roommate and I are looking for a third housemate to fill our vacant room and help with rent. We have a 2 story, 3 bedroom apartment with in home washer/dryer, backyard patio, and parking. We have 1 cat between us and hope you are okay with pets and are lgbt friendly. We try to keep the place clean and cozy but we both do smoke and hope that that won't deter you from checking the place out!
