$950 Room w/Private Bath in a single family home

Hello! My husband and I have a spare room in our house in Glen Cove and we're looking for someone to rent it out. It's a friendly neighborhood where everyone knows each other, close to parks, walking trails, and just a 5-minute drive from the Safeway Plaza.

The room comes fully furnished with a bed, closet space, and a private bathroom. You'll also get one secure parking spot in the driveway, kitchen access, and use of amenities like a fenced yard, washer/dryer, dishwasher, and extra storage in the garage. Rent is $950 plus utilities.

A bit about us: we're both in our 30’s, WFH some days, and have a friendly 3-year-old Boston Terrier. We'd prefer a roommate without pets. We're pretty laid-back and hope to find someone who'll respect our space, clean up after themselves, non-smoker, and is responsible.
