I have remodeled this beautiful oasis and would love to welcome a housemate or two to share it with.

If one person rents out both rooms, I would leave both room and bathroom for $1650.

You may use the second bedroom as an office if one person wants both rooms.

If two different people want to rent out the rooms:

The bigger one is $1200 and the second smaller one is $800 a month.

There are year round events in my community, delicious restaurants, and near by access to things like the freeway, mall, Solano Community College.

First and last/deposit required.
Month to month for the first 3 months and then we can extend to a year if it’s a good fit.
