The property is located near the public library and many shopping centers to eat at. Close to Northbay Hospital, UC Davis Hospital, and Napa Hospital. Close to Travis's base. The property is not far from the freeway going towards San Francisco or Sacramento. The two rooms will be sharing a bathroom but an additional half bathroom is downstairs. Tenants will have access to the whole house except the garage. Tenants will split the PG&E and water bill. Free wi-fi. Lots of parking out front. I currently live in the house alone.
