Renting a beautiful and spacious room in a nice and quiet neighborhood with big closet and room is fully furnished, but no shoes on the carpet in the room. Kitchen is accessible but clean up after yourselves, must leave no dirty dishes. Have lots of parking space 500$ is the deposit, and 950$ is the monthly rent, utilities are included in the rent but not the cable. Looking for a roommate who is responsible, clean and professional and respectful to others whom they sharing place with.
Before signing the lease must do background and credit check.
Must provide proof of income
Pervious landlord references or 2 references.
