Room with private bathroom in Bennett Valley

Medium sized room with private bathroom in a large 2 bedroom apartment. Room could be furnished or unfurnished. The apartment complex has a heated pool and a gym and is quiet and safe. Close to Annadel State Park and Spring Lake.

You would be sharing with me, a Swedish bartender in my 40's, and my very sweet and social cat who is 15. I work mostly nights, my cat is freeloading:)

I like my home to be a relaxing and nice haven to come home to. I rarely have people over and prefer to keep the party outside of home. That said, I love to cook, drink wine, listen to music and such at home so would definitely like to live with someone that is not opposed to that and, even better, would like to join in from time to time.
