Large room for rent

Garage, 2-3 parking spaces off street plus street parking, patio, 2BR, 1 BT, large kitchen and living room, slightly furnished, has washer/dryer and fairly new dishwasher, fridge and oven/range. I own one cat and not averse to pets, lease is strict on dog breeds so ESA would be needed. I work during the day (6 days a wk), early starts and I like to meditate, read, draw, and take walks or go to the beach when I can. Saturday evenings are mostly spent watching UFC over at a friend’s house.
