Retired teacher seeking a roommate for a five-bedroom 3.5 bath colonial house with lovely grounds in a peaceful neighborhood and a private pool.
The home is a 10-minute drive from Sonoma Square.
The available upstairs bedroom is furnished and private; the bathroom is shared.
Kitchen and laundry privileges and additional bathrooms on the first floor.
Ample parking on the property.
The room can be seen as soon as January 21st.
We are looking for a quiet working professional who is neat, careful, and respectful of others' property and privacy. You must be full-time employed and enjoy the company of others around.
No pets, no smoking, no drugs.
The room is $1,100 per month including utilities. A $400 cleaning deposit is required.
