Room for rent near SSU

We are renting out 1 bedroom in our 2 bedroom 1.5 bath condo. Off street parking, washer and dryer in unit, pool, utilities not included in rent that's separate. We are in our early 40's wife and husband. We are looking for someone down to earth that has stable employment and doesn't do hard drugs or is clean for at least 10yrs. We know everyone has a past but if you've been clean for 10 yrs at least we feel that you deserve another chance. We might consider a small doggy. Look forward to speaking with you .
