Move in by October 31st. Lease agreement is month-to-month but open to long-term. Deposit is one month rent. Must be cat-friendly (two female indoor tabbies).

Downtown is one mile away. Large 170sq. ft. upstairs bedroom with your own bathroom/shower, walk-in closet and designated parking. This is a three-bedroom townhouse (spare room will remain unoccupied except by cats) with laundry, air conditioning, small front and backyard with gardening, garage and storage. Utilities are roughly $100-$150 each per month (water, gas/electric, fast wifi and Recology). Your room has two large windows that face the backyard.

This is a quiet neighborhood with friendly older neighbors - a peaceful spot for working professionals.

Please say a little about yourself and any questions you have. A brief zoom meeting will be scheduled to insure that you're not a serial killer (ssdgm). If it seems like a good fit we'll set a day for you to come see the house.
