Looking for a roommate to take over former roommates half of the lease. Private bedroom with shared bathroom in a 2 bed,1 bath apartment located near Raley’s shopping center, a couple minutes from the highway, and less than 10 minutes from Sonoma State. Smart train access is only a 2 minute walk away. Fairly central location in Rohnert Park and only a short drive to downtown Santa Rosa. All utilities included with rent. High speed wifi with unlimited data. Covered, off street parking available. Pool, hot tub and small gym on property, built in washer and dryer in unit. Currently it's just me (male early 40s, work in the medical profession) and my 2 cats. I'm fairly easy going and tend to keep to myself, and am very respectful of other's space and privacy.
