West Santa Rosa House in quiet neighborhood

Hello potential roommates! Your room is about 11' x 10' with a closet 4' x 2.5' and can be furnished or not (see pics). The house has a backyard with patio. Beautiful hardwood floors throughout, and stone tiling in the kitchen and bathroom. Your bathroom is shared with only one of your two roommates. The kitchen has a gas stove. There is central heat but no air conditioning, but you can use your own in-room air conditioner if you have one.
Your roommates are: A 44 year-old man, and bicycles as transportation advocate. The other is a 50-something year old radio DJ and she is the roommate with which you share a bathroom. We are both quiet people, friendly, and tidy.
There are two indoor cats and so you must take care not to let them out. One cat is very shy and will probably hide from you until she gets used to you. The other is the opposite and will check you out but does not like to be picked up, as he is rescue. Just pet him on the head or upper part his back and he's good with that.
There is a garage if you have a bicycle, I'm happy to make space for that. If you have a few things to store, we can discuss that but it's not a storage unit so keep it reasonable, thanks!
PETS: If you have a cat, let's chat about it and make sure everyone can get along. Sorry, no dogs. We love dogs, too, but this isn't negotiable.
