July Room for Rent

A room to rent off of Franklin Ave available from July 1, 2023.
Hi everyone, I am near the SRJC. This room is ready to rent starting July 1, 2023 (available to see the room in May/June 2023) with a month-month lease. My friend/roommate is moving out soon. So, looking for someone who can move in on July 1, 2023.

You'd have to sign a lease agreement. The room is 12'x10', and the closet has a width of 4'8". The bathroom is shared with one other roommate, and also used as a guest bathroom. Parking is on the street. There is no smoking of any kind inside or outside the house. Also, minimal drinking would be great, this is not a party house. I am 35 years old. I work full-time from home (remotely). My family comes over 1-2x a week. All utilities are included: cable/internet, gas, electric, and water. House is 3 blocks from Safeway, 10-minute drive to both malls, and 5 minutes from freeway. NO COUPLES or pets (I would consider a reptile). Washer and dryer in garage. The refrigerator you will have access to is in the garage. There is also a gym in the garage too.

The other people living in the house are my man who is 38 years old, my best friend 33 years old and would be sharing the bathroom with her and guests.

I like to have a clean house, so I would like for my future roommate to clean their bathroom once a month. Kitchen is shared, so keep it clean. I would like someone who is social, but also entertains themselves. I would like someone who can communicate whether it be positive or constructive feedback.

Please tell me about yourself. What’s your name? What is your job, how long have you been working there? Will you be able to provide references for income and previous roommates? Would you be having house guests and how frequent? Are you a student? Do you work full time or parttime, have a set schedule? Do you meal prep or cook often? Will you be using the gym?

I will look out for emails from potential roommates and connect over the phone throughout the month so we can set time up to meet in person and mid to end of May and the whole month of June I can set up time for you to see the room.
