5 bed, 3 bath house on private 3 acres, hot tub , views, remodeled, clean, spacious kitchen. House consists of me (42f) my 2 daughters (15and 17) and (21f) housemate. Bedroom is 9’x10’ with an 2x6’ closet and built in cabinets. It’s at the end of an hall with 3 other bedrooms attached. Iso 21-33 year old woman. Shared bathroom with other housemate, separate refrigerator for housemates, washer dryer inside. Housekeeper comes once a month, light shared cleaning, it’s a lively house with kids friends coming over and sleepovers and dinners etc. if you need a quiet peaceful place this might not be the house for you. If you enjoy people and a lot of comings and goings don’t bother you, it might be a great fit.
