Master bedroom, private bathroom + walk in closet

AVAILABLE JUNE 1, FEMALE ONLY please:) Master bedroom with a walk in closet + private bathroom for rent in a 4 bedroom house in a newly built neighborhood in Tulare, CA. $800 a month - utilities will be split evenly between the 4 of us. Fully furnished house + kitchen with appliances besides the master bedroom. -We rotate house chores weekly - We currently share groceries and household items, you are more than welcome to join or buy separately. Laundry in unit - Two car garage with backyard patio set. We are 3 girls living in a house as full time dental hygiene students. We are looking for someone who is clean, respectful, working full time or another student, and someone to be respectful of our school schedule and studying.
