This is not for the entire house! This listing is for 1 private bedroom and bathroom in this Spanish-style, beautiful home. Fully- furnished, utilities, secure garage parking, TV streaming services and internet service are all included! Thermostat is adjustable up to 70 degrees in the winter and down to 75 degrees in the summer.

There are 3 bedroom/bathroom combinations for 3 different residents so you will have roommates. We perform background checks on all residents.

Large kitchen, living room, dining room, laundry area, and all outdoor spaces are shared.

Large covered courtyard with ping pong table and seating. Fully landscaped large lot in a great neighborhood. In addition to the covered courtyard, there is an uncovered patio with a built-in outdoor grill. Security cameras in front and tall concrete wall on backside of property-quiet and secure.

There is a Casita on the property with separate entrance and address.
