Location - Camarillo, where the weather is always pleasant. Very quiet suburban street with friendly neighbors. Easy access to Channel Islands University, 101 Freeway, gyms, shopping, restaurants, community center park, etc.
Full House Privileges - Shared kitchen, dining room, living room, outside deck, and laundry. You will have your own private storage in the kitchen, which includes a large individual pantry, drawers, cabinets, and one half of a large refrigerator. There is additional ample storage in the hallway and laundry room.
Applicants - Must be mature, financially responsible, congenial, tidy, and create a quiet pleasant living atmosphere for other tenants. One person only. No couples, no children, no overnight guests, no smoking inside, no drugs, no pets, and no drama. Prior to approval, you will need to submit a personal credit report, rental application, and pass a criminal background check.
Tenants - Five other working men or students, each with their separate room, who get along very well together. Note: this is a nice home with a pleasant atmosphere, and is not a party house.
