Room for Rent in Camarillo

My roommate is moving out at the end of May; this listing is for her room, which is the largest bedroom in a 2Bed 1Bath. The apartment is on the second floor, and the room comes with a walk-in closet and open/free access to the rest of the apartment. There is a pool just outside the apartment, and a community laundromat less than 100 feet away. It’s also within a 20 minute walk of a couple plazas and a bus stop, and right next to the 101 freeway and the Camarillo Outlets. Utilities are split evenly and are usually about $100 per person per month.

I’ll be the only other person living in the apartment. I am a 25-year-old grad student at CSUCI, and I work as a lab tech in Ventura. I tend to be quiet and easygoing, and I like cooking, paddleboarding, and reading sci-fi books.
