Looking for a tenant to rent one furnished RM. Open to unfurnished after the first month. Light Kitchen and laundry privileges, hot tub and 6 fruit trees. There are no pets currently on the property but I'm open to them. You have your own mini fridge, toaster and microwave. Plenty of garden space to plant your own garden. Walking distance to peppertree and borchard community center. Driveway and street parking. Backyard gate leads directly to hiking trails. Month to month rental. There are bimonthly cleaners, internet and utilities for $150. $1000 deposit, 2 personal references, employer contact info, verifiable income, background and credit check. The tenant needs to be working/at school 9-5 out of the house most days because I work from home. No smoking, drugs, drinking or having company over. I'm a laid back single mom with only drama free with happy past housemates. I don't post pics or give address until after we chat for safety reasons. I love animals and will consider them but I’m not interested in taking care of your pet when you are not at home.
