Looking for a chill roomie

Looking for a chill responsible roomie to share my space with. I am 40 years old and have a 13 year old son. We’re pretty laid back and easy going. I work in hospitality, but work from home. I love yoga, like to cook and BBQ, and live a relatively healthy lifestyle. My son is an only child and has grown up around adults, so he’s pretty mature for his age. He’s in to dirt bikes and baseball. Our pup is a German Shepherd husky mix. He’s a very good boy, but he is a lot of dog (in a good way).

I would like to rent out the master bedroom and bathroom, both very spacious. The rest of the house would be shared space. I am asking for 1500 for the Master. However, I would be open to moving back into the master and renting out the smaller room for a little bit less. I happy to discuss in more detail!
