I am a mature, fully employed professional male. Female tenant preferred due to bath share with other female tenant. Reduced rent in exchange for household chores-dusting, vacuuming, etc.

March 1, 2023 in my stand-alone, very private, very nice condo. Room is located downstairs, thus enhancing your privacy. I have one cat, so if you have allergies....

This is a very upscale, nice, amongst- the- trees, very private, stand-alone condo in a quiet cul-de-sac. The condo is located in Oak Park, just off Kanan and Conifer.

The room is fully furnished with a twin-sized bed (all bedding provided), dresser, flat screen Smart TV, night stand, desk, cable or wifi, large mirrored closet and full bathroom shared with other downstairs female tenant.

Full access to kitchen, laundry (in condo), no utilities to pay. Beautiful balcony surrounded by trees and very private.

Tennis court, Jacuzzi and pool in complex.

Month to month lease, $200 security deposit. $850 per month.

No pets, no visitors at any time for any reason, no smoking, no drug use (not friendly), no excessive use of alcohol and no children.

Prefer you be employed outside the home (although I understand the remote work situation), and/or a full time college student and have your own transportation. Parking is off property and a very short walk to unit; however, parking permit for purchase is available from the HOA.
