One or two private rooms and private bathroom available to one person in a beautiful, 5 year old home in a gated community near the 101 fwy. House has 4 bedrooms total plus a den. Community has pool, jacuzzi, outdoor fireplace, clubhouse and parking. I am an outgoing, outdoorsy professional female looking for a securely employed roommate with good credit who is tidy and easy going. No smoking, no drugs and social drinking only. Work from home okay and second room available for office for small additional fee. Shared utilities. Looking for min 6 month term, prefer 1 year. Flexible on move in date.
