Our large two story home is in east Ventura with a fantastic view of the mountains - edge of town but close enough to everything you want. 10 minute drive to Main Street. Few minutes walk to bus stop and 126 and Wells Ave.
We feel we offer peace, quiet and a place to relax from the world. We are respectful of each other and friendly.
We have rented rooms successfully for years now.
We require: 1- take out renters insurance 2- references and/or a background check. Show proof of ability to pay rent.

$825.00 plus $500 security (mainly to cover carpet cleaning when you leave but if no damage no worry)
12' x 11' room. Upstairs on hall with 3 other bedrooms.

We have a lazy old friendly cat and a small puppy

Single occupancy only. No overnighters.
