Renting out 1 ensuite room with private bath and walk-in closet in my 2 bedroom townhome. Rent is $1400 utilities included. Preferably female. Living room, Dining, and kitchen privileges. House RULES are simple, clean up after yourself especially use of kitchen & appliances., & bathrooms. No leftovers/fast foods in the room left for days. Washer/Dryer use, NO COMFORTERS and HEAVY BLANKETS. Noise keep it to minimum after 11pm. No family/friends overnight stay unless it’s urgent we can discuss about it. If you do smoke please do so outside. Room is upstairs and is available the 1st week of April 2024.
